    Our pediatrician said not to be concerned unless their bottle intake drops below 50% of normal!  Our little guys definitely eat a little less when sick but have never gotten below 50%.  You can also give  water or pedialyte if they'll drink that but aren't excited about formula/ BM to make sure they stay hydrated.
