Has anyone noticed diaper rashes w/ solids?

We've been giving DD bits of this and that along with purees for a few months now but I recently started letting her have toast and the past few days I've noticed her poop has like bread crumbs that cover her tush and then she has this bumpy dark red rash right in her butt crack but no where else. And normally her extra strength desitin takes away a rash by the next change but it isn't even touching this. Any ideas?

Are you giving anything too acidic like citrus fruits?  That can cause diaper rash, or if LO is on antibiotics...

The first try with applesauce gave LO a horrible diaper rash.

We've had this problem. A couple things seemed to cause it, new foods or textures staying in the poop. So when he had quinoa a couple weeks ago for the first time, he got a rash and then after a couple days he adjusted to it. I also have to change his poops almost instantly now that he eats solid food. He's always had a sensitive heiny but it's even more so now.
