Re: Baby girl name ideas

  • My favorite of your list is Elena. Britton is interesting, I kind of like it. The other names are fine. I love Rowan, but for me I think boy.

  • I also Iike Elena. It is a very pretty name. I LOVE the name Rowan. I had it on our girl list, but recently discovered that it is a gender neutral name (I had only ever see it used for a girl before, mostly on a blog).  Because my husband is Irish decent and his name, Kelly, is considered a male Irish name but mostly known as a female name, we probably personally will not use a gender neutral name (he despises his name).  As long as that doesn't bother you, I say definitely consider it :)

  • I love Rowan and Quinn.

Leighton and Finley say boy to me.

    Blake, Elena, Shea are meh.

    How are you pronouncing Britton?

  • Blake is a terrible name for a girl IMO.

I can't read Britton without quoting Monty Python. King of the WHO?

    Elena is nice

Finley, Leighton, Quinn, Rowan and Shea are all masculine, NMS and trendy.

This. I personally lliked the name Shae (for a boy) and used the name Shaelah for our female dog we once had. Mayne you shoild consider Shaelah since it is more feminine?

  • I like Elena. I have only ever heard Shea on a girl and I'm not wild about it, but I think it's okay. The others are unisex to me, or so masculine that it would never in a million years cross my mind they could be used for a girl.
