if your dc sleep/slept in pack n play

how did you keep them apart? when i swaddle them seperately, they sort of roll toward each other because it sags. and i can't keep them from always touching each other. even completely swaddled, they seem to always find a way for at least their heads to touch. it's sooo adorable, but i want to keep them safe at night.

Re: if your dc sleep/slept in pack n play

  • I found it to be very difficult to keep them apart.  The only way it worked for us was to not use the bassinet part and lay them in the bottom.  That way there was no sagging to assist them in moving.  Now they move way to much and are in seperate cribs.
  • mine did sleep in the pack and play together till then were 3 months old. i would make amost like a little nest with there blanket to keep them apart. you just roll a blanket and make a u shape and put the baby in the u. it worked for us. or when they got bigger i would just roll a blanket up and put it between each baby.

  • Mine sleep in the pack n play together and we try to keep them seperate but often times they end up right next to each other.  We start off putting them on seperate ends of hte pack n play which seems to work better.  Good luck.

  • We're doing similar to other posters. They are sleeping in PNP and one baby likes to roll toward her sister, so I roll up a blanket or washcloths and tuck it in her side to keep her on her back.

They do sell crib spacers online....google it and see if that would be something you would like to use.

  • It's fine for their faces to touch. It's pretty comforting for them since the only thing they've ever known is being soo clooose. The only thing we did to keep them from rolling into the middle was to roll up blankets really tightly and put one btwn them. The other thing you can do is let them sleep the long way <-------> instead of vertically in the middle.
