For a boy, Finnegan. Finley is too girly. I like the name Griffin, but to me, it has a totally different feel/style than Finn....whereas, Finnegan and Finn seem the same style to me.

My son is Finlay. He was born in the UK where it is 100% just a boys name, so I don't think it is girly at all, but he does go by Finn. I prefer the Scottish spelling (ay instead of ey)

Griffin is at the top of our list for boys - with Finn as a nickname.
Me: 35/Hubs: 35 - just moved to Minneapolis from Chicago. TTC for 18 months and expecting baby #1 April 18, 2012! Needed IVF after a few failed rounds of IUI and it worked!

I think just plain Finn. Is best, though Finnegan is a charming option.
I wouldn't use Finley, as it's popular for girls...and more attractive on a girl, anyway.
I love the name Finn by itself. There was a girl on the BMB who had the cutest little boy named Finn. Made me love the name even more.
I also like Griffin.
