evil AF and breastfeeding

Ok, I've tried Dr.Google and not finding the info that I need, so I'm going to the experts. You ladies!
I'm BFing and because of that, AF has been very irregular. I know this is normal. However, I'm wondering how long is too long between cycles and when I need to possibly POAS.

I would pee every 60 days. I was never more than 4 or 5 days late while BF and then the witch started her visits earlier and earlier. Turns out I was oing earlier and earlier. I got pregnant on a 8 to 10 cycle day O.

I'd probably POAS soon and then chart. Unless you're NTNP? Not sure your plans. AF only came once, at about 13 months, before I weaned DD around 14 months...then got KU with my 1st m/c shortly after. I intended to chart during all this but didn't actually start until a few days before I O'ed in November...had meant to dig out that darn therm. like 6 weeks prior, lol.

I'd pee every 6 to 8w or so. Just get a pack of ICs. Should last you a year or two.

I took test last night tested negative only to realize the test was 6mo expired. So I don't count it as Accurate. I've gotten AF 3 times since DD was born. I'm was very regular before PG. I know BFing really messes with your cycle, so I'm not expecting clock work. I have been charting although not temping. I'm new to it so I'm not confident I'm very accurate.
Regardless, the shortest cycle has been 31 days and the longest excluding this cycle was 41 days.
I don't even care that much about getting AF. I'm just sick and tired of feeling like I've been PMSing for a month.
