Plugged duct during pregnancy?

I have a red, warm, sort spot/lump on the ride of my right breast. It feels EXACTLY like a plugged duct, but I'm not BFing right now. Has anyone had this happen? Dr. Google says it CAN happen, and I know that stuff is much more exaggerated in multiple pregnancies, so it seems logical. Any input? Thanks!
