  • I went through about 5 containers of TUMS during my pregnancy with LO and I drank about a gallon of milk a week to help it as well.

  • Mine's not terrible yet, but I never had it with DS until the end. My go to remedies are to eat some plain bread and then drink milk (in that order). The bread soaks up/weighs down the acid and the milk neutralizes it. That and tums, lots and lots of tums.
  • Tums are my best friend these days...

  • I've been sleeping kind of elevated too, and that seems to help. Other than that I have been known to give in and take a Zantac if it gets really bad. Heartburn sucks!
  • Chewing gum can help.  I chewed gum all the time during my last pregnancy.  The salivia can help neutralize the stomach acid.

  • My last pregnancy I lived on tums. So farI've been up every night this week Taking them
