class list for 6th grade... yikes

I think this is the most "unique" list of students I have ever had in my homeroom. I usually have a couple of interesting names due to a significant Haitian population in our town, but some of these? Yikes. I can't wait to see the names of the other 75+ students I'll have... should be interesting! These kids were born in 2000-2001.

Maybe it's a cultural name but when I saw "Lerche", I first though of Lerch from the Adam's Family. And "Cleef"? Poor kid...

An aside, I can't believe kids that were born the year I started high school are now old enough to be in middle school.  That can't be right.

And I can't believe when you were starting high school I was a sophomore in college.....:-P OOps wait I think I was starting junior year.....SIGH.

If I were a student and I saw my teacher posted a list of my class for the purpose of making fun of our names, I would be furious. Some of these names are unique enough that one of your students could Google it and possibly come across this post. I would DD this if I were you. Not cool.
