3 years ago today, my sister kissed her baby boy good night for the last time. He was 3mos and 18dys old. It's hard to imagine Henry is just a few weeks younger than he was when he went down for his final sleep.
Little man, you'll never be forgotten, and we miss you.

Oh my God, so sad. I think about this every single night when I lay my little ones down to sleep. I don't know how I would ever get over it if something happened to them.
Prayers being sent you and your family's way. So lovely of you to continue honoring that little one. It's such a tough reminder to make sure we savor every moment we have with our children and loved ones. Life is so precious. After reading your post I looked down at my Sophia who just snoozed off after eating and was hit with extra empathy for you and your family. Sophia was born on May 9th so she's the age of your nephew when you lost him. Words cannot describe what that loss must be like.
I'm so sorry for your families loss. This is no consolation, but I do appreciate your posts and advice about SIDS. Every little reminder helps to prevent another tragedy.

I can't imagine how hard that must still be for your family. I don't understand why something as horrible as SIDS exists.

I hope in my children's lifetime a cause is found.
