Will BabyLegs work on chunky monkeys?

My DS has some chunky thighs (he's 90th percentile).  Will Baby Legs work for him or be too snug?  I keep seeing raves about them and thought about ordering a pair.

One of DD's nicknames is La Chunkla, and she loves her BabyLegs, she wears them all the time.  They never seem to bother her and she's got little tree trunk legs.

I read on here that sometimes they can look tight on chubby legs but that their babies don't seem to mind.

Lil is only semi- chunky right now and they were pretty tight on her. I bought some oh etsy that are more "loose" : )
