First off: Picture of William.

I still cant believe I went into labor before my dd (which is today, btw)! I was pretty much convinced that I would be the last person on this board to have a baby.
All day Wednesday I was puking with insanely high bp, so we did a NST and cervical check and everything came back normal. I wasnt dilated and I was barely effaced. MW sent me home to rest and get plenty of fluids since she thought maybe I had a virus.
Water broke Wednesday night about 11 pm, called MW and she said call back when my contractions were 4 minutes apart. Contractions were not painful at 4 minutes apart, but she said to come in anyway since I live an hour from the birth center. When I got there (about 5am), she checked me and, just as I thought, I was only 3 cm dilated. So she inserted EPO, told me to rest until day light, then we'll go for a walk. This is when things progressed pretty fast...
I got about an hour and a half of sleep in, until things started picking up and my only "relief" was laboring standing up, hunched over the bed. MW checked me again and I was 7 cm, but only 0 station. (I think it was about 7:30am at this time) MW was awesome and did some pressure points for relief and talked to me the whole time to keep my mind off contractions. LO was posterior until this point, he turned and dropped very very quickly. Making me go from 7/0 to 10/pushing in just a few hours. I got in the tub (which was heaven!) and pushed a few times but his heart rate dropped so MW suspected that when he turned and dropped he wrapped the cord around his neck. I pushed a few more times in the tub, but MW didnt want to wait any longer with his heart rate dropping, so she got me out of the tub, I pushed a few more times and he was out around noon on Thursday, weighing 8lbs even and 20.5 inches long! The cord was wrapped pretty snuggly around his neck and he passed meconium on the way out, but he's completely healthy. I had a borderline 2nd degree tear, and some pretty crazy hemorrhoids, but so far recovery is a breeze.
We went home a few hours after he was born, we napped pretty hardcore while dh cleaned the house some. Dh was been amazing and i couldnt ask for a better h and father! Breastfeeding is improving with every feed. He has a shallow latch, but once he's been corrected a few times he has no issues. Nipples are little sore from his shallow latch, but once he has a good latch going, they're not too sore. He's a major comfort sucker, so I give him a pacifier at night after feedings, so I can get a couple of consecutive hours of sleep.
