Horrible back spasems!!!!

Has anybody else been experiencing back spasems, and please dont pick apart my spelling lol........Need some relife I have back problems to start with< but due to the pregnancy I cant take my normal drug remede to resolve the issue......I do have a tens machine that i am leary of using although I did find that many hospitals have the women use them during labor???? Any suggestions would be appreciated

I haven't been having any back spasms but I do have a lot of back problems that are being aggrivated by pregnancy. For me my chiropractor has been a life saver!
