Belly Line?

Just wondering how far along you are supposed be when you get the dark line that goes from your belly button down?  Is it different for everyone?

Never got one with either of my pg, and my belly button never popped either.

I'm blond and fair skinned and got a silvery tan line around 38 weeks.  My tan brunette friend had a super dark purple line earlier on-maybe 30 weeks.

Mine stuck around for a while.  I have pictures of me with DD when she was 6 months old on the beach and it's still visible, even after my stomach went back to being flat.  I don't think my friend's stayed for quite as long.

I got one with DD in the thrid trimester.  It didn't show up until pretty late and it took a really really long time to fade.  This time around it's already starting to show up again, which is actualy because it never fully goes away (or so I hear).

I can still barely see mine from DS, and he's 2.5.  I got it in the third tri, and it wasn't super dark but definitely visible.  My belly button didn't pop out though, it just kind of went flat.  LOL.

I never got a line with my first pregnancy. I think it's genetic?
