3wk long pp AF?

DD is six months old tomorrow and I'm BFing and pumping at work. On October 24th I got my first real pp AF after about a week of veeeery light spotting. I've now been bleeding moderately for almost 2 weeks. I had really heavy bleeding for the first 2 months, nothing for another 2 months, then a little light spotting for 2 weeks in September.

 Is it normal to have a 3 wk long pp AF for the first time? I would think it shouldn't last this long, especially with my Mirena IUD which did a great job regulating things last time. Thoughts?

Mine lasted about 2 weeks.....I figure anything is possible after you body had a baby.

I am on BCP. I just finished my second 2-week long period. I wouldn't be surprised if I had one that lasted 3 weeks, but I'm not familiar with Mirena side effects. I'd ask the doc for reassurance
