It really depends on your fitness level. I am a fitness instructor, and although my strength is still there, my heart rate tells a very different story. I am still teaching classes, but I am starting to tone it down. I don't do any of the jumps or plyometrics. I also decreased and modified my exercises for my weigh lifting class. I used to be a competitive runner, and now my heart rate gets too high, too quickly. I am walking the 5 mile route that I used to run. I am doing a lot of stationary cardio machines like the bike, arc trainer and elliptical. I wear a heart rate monitor and try to keep it under 160 bpm. It's really hard though. The average person who works out usually tries to keep it under 140 bpm.

Similar to the above post, I run a bit (I ran regularly for years before pregnancy) - but it's hard to keep my heart rate to under 140. I've started doing the elliptical machine instead (and walking).
I lift weights with my arms and do a variety of leg lifts/squats/ lunges. I still struggle with what back or ab exercises I can do. I do some ab exercises on all 4s and some standing - but none feel as good as crunches. I found ideas by googling them.
I walk to and from work which is about 3 miles round trip and then i'm alternating two diffierent DVDs to keep strengthy and flexibility to aid in both keeping in shape/healthy, but also getting my body ready for delivery. One is The Perfect Pregnancy Workout (from Amazon) and I really like it. It's a prego sculp video that focuses on reps not heavy weights and I still get sore from it. I'm alternating that with a prenatal yoga video.
Me: 35/Hubs: 35 - just moved to Minneapolis from Chicago. TTC for 18 months and expecting baby #1 April 18, 2012! Needed IVF after a few failed rounds of IUI and it worked!

Swimming! Although my workout has changed as I don't push myself as far. I was up to 1400 yards 3 times a week before the pregnancy. Now, due to being tired all the time, I am down to 800-900 yards 2-3 times per week.
I have Summer Sanders prenatal workout DVD, which I have been doing everyday. Its not really intense but it feels good. I want to get back into running but I'm still recovering from an ankle injury. I go on the elliptical sometimes and I am getting a bike for my birthday so I'll do that. We also do family hikes.
