I know how you feel. It seems like Hay fever season has started early for me. Thankfully, my doctor told me that I could take Claritin. However, if you have any doubts, I would call your doctor and see what he/she recommends you take.

I take Zyrtec D and my doctor said that was fine. I have moderate asthma and the other stuff I should be on isn't very safe for babies, so maybe it isn't completely safe, but it is better than the alternative.
I take Symbicort for asthma, an albuterol rescue inhaler, and Zyrtecc regularly. I only used Zyrtec-D if I'm really miserable. Its simply Zyrtec with psuedophedrine.

I'm miserable without my Claritin. Sometimes I'm even miserable with my Claritin (got the sniffles/sneezes tonight like crazy) but I know it's not as bad as it would be untreated. I also take benedryl if I think an allergy attack might trigger my asthma. I figure benedryl is better for baby than albuterol.

I take allergy medication daily. I confirmed with doctors that the one I'm on is baby safe... I think its reactin (I have a perscription). I did try to go off these meds to be extra safe, but I can't function on a daily basis without them.
