LO won't sleep after night feeding

Ok so bedtime routine we have down. Around 9 we go upstairs bath, lotion, nurse, read, bed usually by 10:30 or 11. She falls out and gets up around 2. She nurses and then is wide awake and I have done everything! We are quiet, no conversation, dim or no lights, and swaddle. Not to mention she has reflux so after she eats she screams and i have to keep up her upright and burping for at least 15 minutes after she eats. Basically what happens is she screams after she eats then she starts to show signs of hunger so I nurse her again, she screams. She wont go to bed until I feed her at what would have been her next feeding three hours later at 5am. When she's done I can put her down and she sleeps. Any ideas? Or anyone going/ went through the same thing and it got better? It's getting to the point where I am on the verge of tears every night as she screams. Oh and we already went to the ped. and they blamed reflux. Help please TIA

I would suggest changing up your diet to see what is upsetting her reflux.  Maybe try eliminating dairy first?  That's usually a big culprit.
