Emma has arrived!

Im 6 days late, but better late than never! We were team green, and I had a repeat c section, nothing too eventful there. All the nurses in the operating room knew they had to tell us what baby was, and ill never forget that look on my husbands face when they announced, "its Emma!" The first thing they said about her was that she had a head full of black hair like her dad and that she was chunky! She weighed in at 8lbs, .9 oz, and 19 1/4 in long. She is beautiful and healthy! I've had a bit of a rough time, with my attending nurse not realizing that my pca wasn't working until 7pm, I had been complaining all day of pain and my c section was over by 9am. That, and the pitocin they gave me to make my uterus contract made for a terribly painful first day. And im currently waiting for a callback from the dr to see if my migraines, double vision and dizziness are normal... but no issues other than that.

I just gave Birth to an Emma as well, with a head full of black hair!
