Don't
be a dummy when taking your family on vacation. Diets may take a
vacation, but safety does NOT! Make sure your child is equally protected
on vacation as when in your own car. Do not rely on rental agencies to
provide car seats as many times they run out of the appropriate seat
before you arrive, or give you an (often dilapidated) seat that you, and
they, have no idea how to install. Bring your child's car seat with
you at all times - airplane, taxi rides, rental cars, etc.
