nursing before naps and weaning -- any plans?

I'd like to wean starting around a year (can't believe that is a short 2 weeks away).  I want to start with nap nursing because those are the bottles I have to pump for at work.  I know DD goes down at daycare without nursing though she gets a bottle shortly before her nap.

I am not in a big rush and want to take it easy (hopefully she'll surprise me and do fine).  I have a freezer stash so can use some of that to help mix WCM and give in a cup downstairs to help separate it from nap time.  I plan to also have DH do naps on the weekends to get her more used to that.

ANyone else already do this and if so how?  If you are planning this what is your plan?

I am not planning to wean yet, but your ideas so far sound great! Separating the bottle from nap, and having your H help. Also, however she goes down at daycare is probably another place to start. GL!
