We're going camping!!

I've already got poopin in the woods down pat, so I think I might be ok.
DH is fine with it too, and Abigail is in diapers, so she can poop wherever she feels like poopin.
We can all pee anywhere, but I have the most trouble with it.
I was going to get a SheWee from Ebay, but I didn't.
Reckon I could get one here before this weekend??

Anyway, we're going to hopefully be outside Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night.
We'll be panning for gold alll day long, and I'm going to find a bunch of rocks, because I'm a rock hoarder.
Our tent is suckishly small, so we're gonna have to spoon the snot out of each other, because Abigail is a space hoarder, and she'll take up half the tent.

On Saturday, we're going to an event in a state park at which we will learn about gold mining that happened in the county years ago. We'll learn how to look at the ground and tell what kind of mining they did, and what equipment was used.

I'm totally gonna bathe in the creek like Pocahontas, yall.

So, what should I take besides the "duh" stuff?

Nothing. Extra clutter and crap is a pita when you are camping! Maybe a cool kids flashlight if you are keeping your kid up past dark. DS's has Hulk discs to insert and make cool pictures but since it doesn't get dark out until 11 during camping season her never got to play with it in actual night darkness.

I enjoy camping, but like at a campsite with our camper, with a toilet. 

I would recomeend taking sand toys for DD - it occupies a ton of time with our kids.  Baby wipes to wipe hands all the time.  Obviously sunscreen & bug spray.  Any easy snacks that DD likes.  We do pop tarts or cereal/fruit cups for breakfast while camping a lot.

Lots of drinking water. Maybe a camping filtration system if you're going to super rough it. You don't want Abigail to get dehydrated. It's dangerous for little ones.

We just went camping and the one thing I wish I brought was cheap rubbery sneakers for DD. She only has canvas keds type sneaks and the grass was wet many of the days we were there and her shoes kept getting wet. I wish I'd stopped at Walmart and gotten some of those cheap rubber/plastic sneakers before we left.

If you can't find a she wee you can always bringpotboiler seat and put in on a rock

Lots of baby wipes, and a bunch of empty plastic bags for wet stuff.
