I went on the mod board to share your concerns with the new mobile format.  Well, you are not a lone.  Other mods beat me to it.  I added the list of issues from our end as well.

Idk if it will help, but you have been heard by at least 1 person.

This. Except I wish I didn't have to because I like the mobile view on other websites, and it's a PITA to change back and forth all the time.

What kind of phone do you have?  I looked for this option on my iPhone and couldnt' find it.
