Im being completely anal about getting the best deals on all our baby stuff. I had this PNP on my registry and it was $75 when I added it. Well yesterday I was all upset because it went up to $99. Then today it goes down to $60! I said Ill just eat dinner then come back and buy it since its so cheap right now. Well in that 1/2 an hour it went back up to $70! I dont know what to do. I dont know if I should get it while its still cheapish? Or wait and see if it goes back down and just hope it doesnt go back up instead? I feel like Im playing the baby gear stock market.

It does change almost hourly. If you saw it for 60 I'd think it's a safe bet that you'll find it for 60 again if you check often.

Exactly this.  Personally, I would wait.  The soonest you will possibly need it is still 5 months away and it will probably go back to $60 by then.

I am not registered anywhere for anything, but this is one of the reasons why: it's so hard to get good deals when you are buying off a registry, and this would drive me nuts! I buy good deals when I see them and don't worry about having to update my registries or having to make returns if someone already bought it for me. I'll register when my shower invites are sent, and even then only for a few things.

 Sorry that's not helpful at all:  in your case I'd wait until after my shower to start playing the baby gear stock market--hopefully someone will solve this dilemma for you by getting it as a gift!
