Is this normal?

Hi yall.... I had my first IUI yesterday afternoon and then had another on this morning... Should I be in pain? Im cramping so bad... I hope everything went ok.. Need some addvice please TY!

    For me a bit of cramping is normal, especially if I trigger. The RN usually says it is a sign of ovulation, it's just more intense because of the medications. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's accompanied with bleeding.

    Thank u so much for that it actually make me feel a little better... Yea I had a trigger on Monday night at 10 and then IUI yesterday afternoon and then had another IUI this morning... I was just worried if this was normal or not.. The cramping feels like heavy period cramps lol worried me... no bleeding tho so I guess thats a good sign... Thanks again!

    I had terrible cramps after all my IUIs.  Keep-me-up-at-night kind of pain.  But that was normal, and nothing was ever wrong.  I wouldn't worry!

    Hi,

    I have always cramped and had some spotting with my IUI's and my nurse said it is a very normal side effect as your cervix becomes irritated with the IUI's and your ovaries have some swelling. Good Luck :)

    6.1 progestrone
    HSG: tubes clear
    clomid 50mg + #1 IUI + trigger 6/9/12 BFN 6/18/12 Clomid 150mg +#2 IUI + trigger: 7/9/2012 BFN 7/18/2012 stage 1: endo removed 8/14/12
    Letrozole 2.5mg+estrogen=cycle cancelled for little to no response
    Follistim 75 (10/15-10/19) follistim 67 (10/20-10/21) cycle cancelled due to over response 9 follies and very thin lining
    ~ IVF #1:BC pills started 10/27~
    ~IVF class schedualed for 11/13~
    ~ Lupron starts Thanksgiving day~
    ~Stims start December 1st~
    ~ER: December 12th ~
    ~ET: December 15th~
    19 R. 12. Fertilized with ICSI, 2 transfered
    only 1 made it to freeze!

    Ditto for me, except just for one of the IUis...the others weren't so bad. 

    4 IUIs: Bfn
    Antagonist IVF 7 retrieved, 4 fert w/ICSI&AH, 2 blasts transferred. Beta #1 9/20: 367 Beta #2 9/22: 841
