It's a girl and old wives tales!

We found out at our A/S yesterday that we are having another baby girl!  Measuring right on target and of course the doctor will call of any issues or follow ups but all the main parts where there and in the right spots so thats good!  I'm so excited for Ry to have a sister to grow up with.  We are planning to name her Britton Rae.  Rae is after her great grandfather Raymond.  We always due family names for middle names. 

Anyway there are always posts about old wives tales and if they are accurate or not and while I never put any stock into them because its pretty good odds anyway (50/50) its still kind of fun.  Every OWT I did turned out to be true in this case:

Chinese Gender Predictor- girl

Craving sweets (all I want is fruit this pregnancy) - girl

Stealing beauty (terrible acne on chest/back) - girl

High heartrate (always above 155 in our case) - girl

Carrying high- girl

Congrats! Mine had a high heartrate (150s), but he's all boy! I have had and still have a major aversion to all sweets though.

I'm having a boy, and old wives tales were correct for me too..

Lower heart rate. Check . Carrying different from my dd. check. And beauty in take, check(with my dd I was horrible)

Congrats! All the OWTs were correct with me when I was pregnant with DD.

Congrats..Owt gave me results of a girl but chinese gender gave me results of a boy so i'm anxious to see which is right!
