cramping

Has anyone felt any cramping in their lower abdomen? Maybe not even cramping but pressure? I started feeling this last night along with lower back pain. The back pain could have been from walking (I was at the gym when the back pain started) but I dont know for sure. Anysone else feel this? It freaked me out last night.

I've been feeling the same way.  Not with the back pain but definitely the pressure.  I've also noticed that I can no longer lay on my stomach due to the pressure.  However I've also not started to show at this point.  I don't know if you have or not but I don't think it's very far away for me.  Also I've been reading that the baby goes through a major growth spurt around ~16 weeks or so almost doubling in weight and length.  It could just be the little one growing.

I have cramping and twinges every now and again. Drink some water. Dehydration can cause cramping but also remember your uterus is growing still.
