So, I have started to feel like a hypochondriac over the past 2 weeks but have been doing my best not to resort to Dr. Google or call my CNM office right away.
That being said... has anyone dealt with 'vein' pain in your lower legs?
It feels like a major vein on the inside of my right leg about mid-calf almost to my ankle is throbbing and it is painful.
If it doesn't stop by tomorrow morning I'll probably call the nurse's line for my CNM office, but just wanted to know if anyone else is dealing with it.
Re: Irrational Hypochondriac
That has happened to me before. It hurts like pinching! Do you cross your legs a lot? This encourages varicose veins.

I do cross my legs, but I don't think an excessive amount - maybe I'm wrong though. I don't have any varicose veins *yet* but I figured that wouldn't last forever (regardless of pregnancy).
Thanks for the suggestion though, it is hard as a FTM not to think worry about every little twinge, cramp, and pain - that they are signs that something is wrong.
Here are some leg exercises to try throughout the day. They May make your leg feel a little better.
