    It's frustrating because I've been doing Kegels since I was 18 (now 29!) and I'm STILL getting the occassional leak with sneezes!  Never used to, just the last couple weeks!  Going to try something though... you know that moment right before you sneeze where you get a whole half a second warning?  I'm going to try contracting the Kegel right before I sneeze and see if it helps.

     Because Goddess help me if it's starting already, what I have to look forward to!
