having twins at 34week anyone?

My OB said to stop my procardia at 34 weeks and if I go into labor then she will just let me have the baby.  I was just wondering if anyone had their twins at 34 weeks and if they have to stay in the nicu and for how long?

    My girls were born at 34w5d. They were both 6 lbs. One had no NICU time at all, and the other did, but it was because she has spina bifida, not anything related to their gestational age.

    Landry and Hudson were born at 34.6 wks.  Landry was 4.2 lbs and Hudson was 5.9 lbs.

    Both were in the NICU for 14 days as feeders and growers.  Hudson was in the new  baby nursery for less than 24 hours but, he was burning to many calories trying to keep warm.   They also both had one or two apnea episodes that they were able to recover from on their own but, that bought both an automatic ten days each.

    My twins were born 1 hour shy of 34 weeks. They were in the NICU for exactly 2 weeks, both came home on the same day. They were just feeders & growers & never had any preemie complications. They were 4lb 11oz & 4lb 3oz, my son is now over 27lbs & my daughter is close to 20 at almost 1 year. You'd never know they were 6 weeks early. Good luck!

    My twins were born at 34w2d because son was having dcels of his heart (cord was wrapped around belly). I was in being tested for pre-e also just on a whim they pulled my in the hospital that day. I delivered that night and my kids spent 22 and 24 days in the NICU, mostly as feeders/growers. My daughter also had IUGR and my son was SGA but they did very well (sizes in siggy so you can see how small they were).

    My girls were born at 33w2d and spent just shy of a month in the NICU as feeders growers.  Best of luck!
    PCOS, lupus anticoagulant, MTHFR (A1298C, one copy) 2 IUIs & 1 IVF = BFN FET#1 = It's a girl! Born 7.1.10 FET#2 = c/p FET#3 = Twin girls! Born on 3.16.12 at 33w2d due to severe pre-E. After 4 weeks in the NICU they are home! Lilypie Third Birthday tickers

    I hope not.  I'm 34 weeks now, and I am hoping to make it to 36-37 weeks (as I know you are too).  Good luck!!!!

    My girls were born at 33w 4d and were in the NICU for two weeks as feeders/growers with some jaundice issues.  Lauryn came home first and Ava came home a day later.
