I got to day 19 and stopped. The tops of my feet constantly hurt at night after a workout; very arthritic like. I think it was the high impact on my tile.

I actually did get through the 30 days and without taking a break. It was very tough, but I started feeling the benefits and then didn't want to stop. I had a lot more energy, but at the end I had only lost 6 lbs. so that wasn't as much as I had hoped to lose. I have heard from multiple people that it was very hard on their knees. I still do it every so often, but I mix up other DVD workouts throughout the week. Last week I tried Ripped in 30, I think that was even harder.
I recommend taking your weight and measurements at the beginning and then once a week to see how much you are changing. Also, I got so irritated listening the the crumby music and Jillian so I muted it and put on some dancing music, that helped.
I've gotten close... like Day 20. But, at this point, I'm alternating between that and running. I found I got bored if I did 30DS every day, and I didn't want to lose motivation to work out because I was bored... so that's when I started alternating. I just use 30DS as more of a strength training.

I like this workout, but I don't think I could do anything over and over for 30 days. I rotate this with other DVD's I have because I just get too bored.
I did it for 15 days and stopped. I worked muscles I hadn't used in years, but I'd rather run or bike above anything else, so I've been running all summer.

This. I'm just not a video person. I stopped completely once I found the workout trainer app. I like that I can pick something I'm in the mood for. Plus, once my gym opened up, I hit strength training hard and didn't need it. And now it doesn't fit in with my half marathon training. It was also hard on my knees and I can't stand JM.
