PS: 69 kids in 40 years??! ouch!
Our DC changes the kids every 2 hours, and when you account for blowouts and those instance where you change their diaper twice in 5 minutes, I believe it
Diaper Changing Speed: Moms take 2 minutes, 5 seconds (adds up to 3 40-hour work weeks each year!) , vs. 1 minute, 36 seconds for dads
I'm surprised by this. You'd think moms would be faster (or whomever is the primary caregiver, which usually just happens to be moms). Maybe it's because dad doesn't do as good a job as mom does? Although, I think MH and I are about the same speed. He changes his share of diapers!
I believe the average of 10 diapers before 2nd birthday. You go through A LOT of diapers at first, which will drive the average up as well. We still probably average 6-7 diapers per day and DS is 2 1/2 and STTN and takes a 3 hour nap during the day.
