Skye just had her first day in an open crib instead of an isolette, and her temperatures were good the whole time I was there. She also took her first full bottle feed! (She had taken some bottle before, but never finished the entire thing.) Aaand finally, it was eye exam day in the NICU and hers seemed to be developing fine. Combine that with the fact that she tipped over 3 pounds in the past week (3 pounds 4 ounces as of a day or two ago), it has proven to be a very nice week overall! Hope the rest of you ladies are having an equally awesome week with your LO's, both inside NICU and out.

Yay! Congrats! Those are exactly the things I'm waiting for my LO to do, eat entire bottles and maintain temp, before he can come home. That must be so exciting!

That is all great news! It is always great to hear. ^_^ My LO just was cleared completely with fully developed eyes so we don't have to do anymore eye exams. I'm glad your LO is out of the isolette it is such a nice feeling and congrats on the weight gain and bottle feeding!
