Re: trouble sleeping!
I'm having trouble too. Some nights are better than others, but some nights are really bad. Like up til 3am bad.
It's really hard for me too because I'm the kind of person who NEEDS sleep and I usually have no trouble sleeping! So frustrating!

I didn't sleep more than 4-5 hours a day from weeks 8-16 and it was horrible. My doctor had me take Tylenol PM (she also suggested plain benedryl or unisom) to try to re-teach my body how to sleep. I seriously only had to take it for 2 nights and I am now back to sleeping 7-8 hours a night and getting a good 4-5 hour stretch before my bladder wakes me up.
I hope you can all find something to help you sleep. I know how miserable it is to be so exhausted yet unable to sleep...

I'm having the same trouble but for no apparent reason. I don't have pain, and since starting 2nd tri I'm able to go through the night without getting up to pee. Nevertheless I'm waking up every 2-3 hours and angrily looking at the clock dreading my alarm. I have a body pillow and that helped me be much more comfortable, but sadly that hasn't translated into longer sleep.
You are certainly not alone.
