I'm not really sure if I'm having any Braxton-Hicks contrations that I can feel (I know you can still have them without actually feeling them). I know they feel like a tightening of your entire uterus, therefore, entire bump right?
Sometimes I get a dull, period-like cramping, but only on the lower half of my uterus that lasts around a minute or so...could that also be a Braxton-Hicks contraction or just some general discomfort? It only happens 2 or 3 times a day...
TIA!

Re: FTM ? about Braxton-Hicks
FWIW I didn't feel them with my DS but I was having them. My OB pointed it out during an appointment. haha.
With this pregnancy I started feeling them pretty early but I think it's because I knew what to "look" for and feel for because I had already had a child.
You could be having them, or you could just be having some discomfort as baby gets bigger and starts sitting lower.
This, but not very strong...just mild. Thanks for the description. I've still got quite a while to go, so it's not like I'm banking on feeling anything until I actually go into labor (if that even happens, I have a weird feeling I'll have to be induced).
