NBR: Recommend a good book

I just got a library card but when I went to go look for books I had no idea what to check out. I got "East of Eden" to re-read because I haven't read it since high school, and another pregnancy book. What are you read/have read lately?

  • Some really good short reads that i go back to time and time again are: The giver, Gathering blue, Messanger (all by lowis lowry), Life of Pi, Lisy's Story, and my all time favorite, Harry Potter. and yes i classify harry potter as a short read. O.o it only takes me a week to get through the whole series. ( a book a day)

  • Jenny Lewis' book Let's Pretend This Never Happened. I am seriously laughing so hard I'm afraid the baby will get seasick. It is so hysterical. Belly Laughs from Jenny McCarthy is also very funny and it's all about her pregnancy. I might reread that one.

I have my Goodreads linked in my siggy.  You can find all of my recently read books and what I've rated them, etc.
