Uterine pain question - is it just me?

I'm not worried, just annoyed and curious about other people's experiences.

I don't *recall* having this type of pain with DS and I know I have an irritable uterus so maybe it is just me and not "normal pregnancy stuff."

I'm having a lot of low pelvic pressure. It is quite painful, makes it hard to stand, breathe, and get anything done. It isn't contractions...not the whole uterus. If I'm sitting it subsides mostly. It also doesn't come and go. It comes and stays.

I'm annoyed because I want to get so much more done than I have today, and it seems not to be happening. So tell me I'm normal??

I have it too and I don't recall having it with DD either. I had an OB appt on the 31st though and he said its just DS' head. He's already engaged and putting pressure on my cervix. I'm 33w. The worst are the head butts. The make me gasp and bend over in pain. But OB wasn't worried.

You know, it just occured to me that the difference between DS and this time may be that he was breech, so I didn't have a hard head down there but a soft butt.

Thanks for your input tlew! I'm just so tired of not accomplishing much anyway due to irritable uterus, and this new bad pain is not helping.

 sounds like me on most days. My MW said for me it's pretty common for someone like me since 1. I am getting "older" 2. My Ute didn't have time to get back to normal in between Ashton & This one.

My ob has said it's pretty normal for subsequent pregnancies.  It sucks a$$ though!

Anita that makes sense for me too! DS's head was 99.5th percentile at birth, so I'm expecting this little lady to have a huge noggin too.
