A/S Results!!

We had our A/S yesterday. I really had no idea what the sex of the baby was. I had a dream that it was going to be a boy and my husband had a dream that it was going to be a girl! We would be happy either way, but DH really wanted a boy first for a "big brother." Almost all of our family and friends thought a girl.

We got in there (in case you read my post yesterday morning, I did decide to drink a Mt. Dew beforehand) and it turns out, baby is sleeping on it's stomach! The U/S Tech started doing the measurements that she could, but wanted to get him/her moving to get better shots. We were a little worried we wouldn't get to find out the sex. Well, once HE flipped around, he had no problem showing his goods! We actually have a perfect picture where she is pointing to it. We are thrilled. DH started to cry, he was SO excited!! More importantly, the scan was perfect. Everything is measuring right where it should be! Mommy is proud!

Can't wait to start shopping for our little guy and now we are able to call him by his name!!

Yay hohmanam!!! So exciting! Glad to hear it went well. I know my little one was crossing her legs but then started doing backflips haha. It may or may not have been due to the half cup of caffeinated coffee I drank that morning...considering it has been quite some time since I have had caffeine...I bet you are excited to get out there and shop!!
