I'm on my feet all day at work, and my back has been so sore the pat few days. I think it's because my bra isn't fitting properly, but I really have no time to go shopping right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions for stretches or anything to get some relief?

Yes, it helps me a lot with my lower back pain. I also read the muscle fibers are shortening as your pregnancy grows, so to also really make sure you're stretching out your hamstrings, as that leads to a lot of back pain, too. The modified version that works for me is sticking one foot, heel to floor, and stretching that way, since it's getting harder to actually bend over at the waist like you usually do for those. But, ugh, I feel your pain.
I'm a SAHM now but was a 6th grade teacher when pregnant with DS and being on my feet all day killed my back too. The best thing I found was getting into a pool and folding myself in half to stretch it out. Then swimming or just moving around in the water for as long as my schedule permitted, it takes the pressure off and feels amazing!

Unfortunately, I don't think there's much you can do. I've gone through two periods of ridiculous intense back pain since becoming pregnant. Once was early on and lasted about two weeks. Then I recently went through the same thing for another week or two. It's bad, so I totally understand how you feel. While it didn't fix the problem, laying on a heating bad seemed to help. I also noticed that the flatter I laid at night, the less pain I was in first thing in the morning. However, by evening it was back to the debilitating feeling.
I'm currently back pain free, but I have a feeling it will come and go throughout the entire pregnancy. I hope you feel better soon!
