I've been whoring this recipe out as fast as I can, it's so addicting. If you like the flavor of Rosemary, you will love this.
Ingredients:
Iced Tea (we make sun tea)
Fresh Rosemary
Sugar 1 part
Water 2 parts
Wash the rosemary and remove from stalk. Roughly chop it once or twice. Add to sauce pan with 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water. I used about 1/4 cup Rosemary needles, next time I'll use more.
Simmer on low until sugar is dissolved and mixture just starts to bubble. Remove from heat. When cool enough, transfer to glass container and store in fridge for 24 hours, or longer. Strain with cheesecloth to get needles out. Add to iced tea.
Die a blissful, refreshing death.

I bought some rosemary today just so I could try it later this afternoon Too bad I forgot to buy any tea to make real iced tea, so I'll have to use some cold brew packets I have.
