Turns out, they just came out with this color in June and they are now backordered until January! (The carseat is, there are still a few strollers left.) They were selling for over retail value and Amazon (there is still one left.) And I wasn't going to buy it. But all of a sudden, I looked, and Baby Earth posted 2 on Amazon for less than retail value! I bought one right away and the other one was gone within an hour. Got it in the mail yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it!!!
Happy Friday! Heading to the doctor's office soon to get weighed for my AFP screen. Other than that not much else new.. A/S is 8/20!
Today I'm distracting myself from working by scouring the internet looking at dressers and cribs. Using Baby Bargains as a guide but it's still overwhelming. Do we splurge and get top quality high-end stuff, or stay conservative and look for good values at the lower ends? I don't know..
Last night while laying in bed, I felt a ton of kicks (at least I think so, FTM). It was weird, cause I was laying on my left side and felt butterflies up in my ribs. Our anatomy ultrasound is the 24th, can't wait to find out--so I can actually start buying some stuff and thinking about names!
Hi ladies! No milestones this week. Next appt is on the 13th then I'll schedule my A/S! I'm still hoping this m/s goes away soon - it has definitely improved but still sticking around.
Jenn - congrats on your son walking across the room! That's a huge milestone and so exciting!!
Have a great weekend!!

happy friday! i started my registry this week. there is so much out there! it's so hard to decide. i've done so much research and i still find it hard to decide! i feel pretty good about what i've registered for so far, but looking at my registry there's not much on there (maybe 20 items). my mom says there should be more, but i just can't imagine needing more than what is on there.
yay for another week down! i can't wait for my a/s on the 22nd! counting the days! Yet, i can't believe how fast the summer is going!

15 weeks today! This pregnancy is flying by. Not really a milestone, but I HAD to have a hot chocolate this morning and I happily caved into that craving.
Monday I went for my monthly checkup and everything was great, got to hear the awesome little heartbeat! They also drew some blood to run tests to check for spina bifida, etc. and I am so happy to find out that everything came back normal!
Now I am just trying my best to patiently wait for the 9th for the a/s. I have a feeling next week will go by so slow!

17wks today and the m/s is completely gone but I'm still exhausted all the time. I've been feeling more kicks so I'm really happy for that. I have my early detection a/s on Monday so I'm really looking forward to that even though I'm really nervous. Most people are focusing on finding out the sex of the baby and I'm totally focused on if the baby is healthy and developing normally.
17 weeks today, I am so thankful that I have felt really good. I go back to the Dr. on the 14th and will schedule the A/S after that appointment. Congrats on your son walking, his picture in your siggy is just precious.. Here is to another week ladies, have a great weekend.

JennV, congrats on your son walking! DD became a much happier baby when she learned to walk so hopefully it'll be that way for you!
I made it through my EDD for my m/c on 7/23. It was a hard day and I wanted to acknowledge it publicly without getting a bunch of sympathy. As suggested by the awesome ladies on PGAL, I combined my loss with announcing this pregnancy that way I got congrats instead of sympathy. So I'm public now! (I know this is old news, but last week was rough and I don't remember ever checking in last week.)
I just started pretty consistently feeling LO moving around. I swear he/she was doing flips all day yesterday! My a/s is scheduled for the 16th so about 2 weeks for me! I was/am concerned about doing it so early, but my doctor assured me that 17 weeks is far enough along for everything they need. I figured if they can't tell the sex (because I really want to know) for sure, I can always have an elective u/s later on.
Re: **Friday Ticker Change**
18 weeks and a sweet potato today! I am almost half-way there! A/S today and I can't wait to find out if we are having a little boy or girl!!!
Also, I did make a BIG purchase this week. I fell madly in love with the Briitax B-Agile stroller/carseat travel system in kiwi green. You can find it here: https://www.amazon.com/Britax-B-Agile-Travel-System-Kiwi/dp/B0080HPVMM/ref=sr_1_5?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1344005148&sr=1-5&keywords=britax+b-agile+travel+system
