Re: Herbalife?
Before the herb ephedrine was made illegal it used to contain that. It basically speeds of your metabolism and cuts your appetite. I think it is pretty costly. I am not sure what it contains. Google it.
I vote for exercise and reducing portion size for losing weight, but I know it is hard.
