I just wrote a new blog post to show off the curtains that I made for the nursery. I'm so proud of them that I thought I'd share them on here too. It's the first time I've sewn something that had a pattern. Second thing I've made for our little Squishy (first was hats to bring him/her home from the hospital. Also a blog post on there). I also thought maybe they'd give you guys ideas for your nursery too
The blog address is in my signature. Enjoy!

They've already discontinued the one fabric, but I bought out what they had the day DH and I went fabric shopping. I should have plenty for at least 2 crib sheets and the crib skirt. The pattern I have for the skirt requires a bit of fabric to make the part that goes under the mattress double layered, but I'm going to get just plain white fabric for that since it won't show much.
Thanks everyone for the compliments!

Tip: if you have the numbers for the fabric they can transfer it in for you from other stores( you can look up the number on the Joann website if it's still on there) if you get desperate! I am just always worried I'm going to put all this work into something and then run out haha. They will take back uncut unwashed pieces if you have too much so you don't get stuck with too much
I had NO idea they take back fabric. Thanks for the tip! I'm going to be in my hometown this weekend, so I was going to take a look for more fabric there just to have extra on hand. I might decide to make an extra changing table cover
