AHHH My Hair is falling out!

I've noticed when Im doing my hair and even throughout the day i have a lot of hair falling out and its starting to freak me out a little bit.  I never really had this issue with my other two pregnancies!  Do any of you have this same problem?! ARe there any products that you have tried to try and keep your hair on your head?   Im even considering hair extensions! HELP!

Mine is too. It's a hormone thing [plus my hypothyroidism might not be completely under control] so I don't think there is anything I can do.

YES! The last few showers I've taken clumps of hair have come out and I've started noticing in general I'm shedding more hair  

As PP said, since it's hormone related I'm not sure there's anything that can be done =/ just wait it out.

Mine too! I'm hoping it stops soon, and that it never, ever comes back. The same thing happened to me when I took Yaz, which is why I switched to a different BC... which isn't an option now.

Sorry this is happening. Mine didn't fall out until after delivery last time. Good luck in finding a hair product

I have always been a heavy shedder if you will, but I have noticed it's a bit more intense lately. On the plus side, the hair that's falling out looks thicker.

Me too! Literally clumps come out in the shower! Yikes. I had the same problem when I weaned Ds. But I didn't while I was pg- so weird!

Me too! I thought when you were pregnant you were NOT supposed to lose hair, but mine has been falling out in big clumps for the past 6 or so weeks... Good to hear I'm not the only one

My hair has been falling out, but it has also changed a lot. I used to have bouncy, shiny curls. Now, my hair is like straw. I got a deep treatment conditioner with keratin that seems to help a bit.  I am still shedding a lot more than I am used to, though. Good luck!
