RE's billing office drives me crazy

I go in tomorrow for my beta. I got a nasty call because I have a balance for this cycle. Ummm my cycle isn't even completed yet and you are screaming at me for money. Really?!? This is getting ridiculous. I don't have a bill or copy of it and usually they make you pay before you start a cycle. Like day 3, they want payment on my Beta day. Really?

Sorry just need to vent. I went off on the nasty lady who calls all the time and hung up on her because I can't stand the harassment. I paid them the money due for the last cycle. Technically I don't have to pay crap when I haven't even received an EOB from my insurance company....guarantee things haven't even cleared the insurance company yet.

UGH!

    I would be so upset If my RE's billing department did this to me. I think I would avoid calls from the office number if it was a day I didn't have an appointment. (((BIG HUGS!!!))) GL at your Beta tomorrow!!!!!! FX!!!!

    I am surprised they don't do this to you since they are all based out of the same office for billing.  I answered because I am waiting for a call for the discount help program from them. As soon as she said her name I should have just hung up. Apparently she is a pain in the butt according to the girls at the front desk at my RE's office. But get this they didn't ask me to pay for the cycle before until the day of my IUI this cycle. Took them that long, but this time they are calling because of my beta tomorrow. WTF?

    Yeah beta is pointless, tests at home don't lie that much. Thanks though. Now just a matter of when or if I can do the IVF.

    Sheesh! That sucks that you are still having to deal with this! 
    Me: 37, DH: 35 :: TCC since 2/11 SA: Perfect! CD3  HSG = Blocked Right Tube
    April- Femara 2.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN   May- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
    June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN  August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
    September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN  October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
    IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 10M, 8F, 2T, 6 F) :: Beta #1- 176  c/p @ 4w4d
    FET #1 February 26th :: Lost 4 to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN

    FET #2 Cancelled, Right Tube Developed a Hydro  8/28 Hydro & Scar Tissue Removed  Cleared for FET
    FET #2.2 Scheduled for September 20th
    2 Thawed, 2 Transferred! Beta #1- 96, Beta #2 906! :: EDD June 10th
    2015- 2 failed FET. We are done

    And sorry you're getting BFNs :( I really had everything crossed for you this cycle!!

    Usually they expect the balance to be paid before you begin your next cycle. I got the call you have an appointment tomorrow so bring payment. Ummmm it is my beta appointment that I should just cancel anyway. Cycle hasn't started yet and is a few days from starting. WTF. Right now it all goes through insurance with insurance covering a small portion of b/w, u/s, appointments etc.

    And thanks, it was heartbreaking to know what the next step is.
