night shift & FF

I'm getting ready to start working on night shift, and I'm not quite sure what to doabout temping. Should I just temp after 4 hours of sleep (or more obviously) no matter what time that is?Thanks in advance!

I don't work nights but I do work rotating shifts, so taking my temp at the same time is not possible. I normally just take my temp whenever I wake up and I am still able to see a shift but I know this isn't true for everyone.
