Here is why: (I promise to make the story short)

The daughther of a friend of mine, Alanis, is not well and she is 7 months old.  On Thursday she was taken to the hospital because she started having trouble breathing that afternoon she died but after 40 min the doctors revived her. Today they are waking her up (she was put on a coma so that her brain could recover) but the doctors say that her brain is not responding... you all know what that mean.The other thing that the doc said was that if her brain responded she still would need machines to help her breath and a tube to eat and be in bed for the rest of her life.

We need your prayers... we are mommies and we know how much we love and care for our LO. Thank you and I'll let you know what happens

How horrible, just thinking about this makes me tear up. T&Ps their way, I can't even imagine the hurt their family is experiencing.

Thank you so much! I just talked with one of my friends (she's the baby godmother) she told me that Alanis' pedi saw her today and said that her brain is not dead is just responding very slowly... he said that he gives a 50% of chance in her recovery... that is a whole lot more than what the other doctor said.
