Wet poots?

This may seem like a dumb question, but is it normal for a baby to have wet poots? My 3 wk old pretty much always has at least a little bit of poop in his diaper. Unless it is a true BM, it is usually just a small amount, maybe a teaspoon or so. Is this normal? He has done this since pretty much birth.

My 2 1/2 week old son does the same, farts like a man and they are usually wet.
