I just got a call from a telemarketer-type person asking if I was interested in taking part in a group discussion about getting pregnant and the desire to get pregnant. WTF? How is this even a thing?

But this doesn't beat the time that 2 days after I found out about my m/c, I got a call from our insurance company trying to get us to un-cancel our pregnancy insurance policy that we had just signed up for. And he kept badgering me about why would I want to cancel, since the policy is free? And I told him I had a miscarriage and hung up. He felt bad and called back to apologize. But I mean come on, why else would someone cancel free pregnancy insurance?

BFP#1 1/31/12. Empty sac discovered 3/5/12. MTX due to location in uterine horn.
BFP#2 2/27/13. Empty sac confirmed 3/20/13. Mifepristone + cytotec.
Currently TTA until Fall 2013, waiting for operative hysteroscopy

    Makes you wonder how its even possible for them to be in business. One would think that a pregnancy insurance company would be familiar with this reason for cancelling! Ridiculous.

    Thanks ladies. I'm actually ok, just really annoyed, but since I'm pretty sure I'm out this cycle, this was just the icing on the cake. Ugh.

    OMG, what a turd face - of course that's the only reason to turn down free coverage. I'm glad he called back to apologize though! Kind of restores my faith in humanity... a little.

    Wow, the cord blood calls sound awful. :-( luckily I haven't had to deal with that.
