Annoying siggy question

I am trying to put up a pic of Liam.  I put it on photobucket and edit it so it is super small, but when I add it to my siggy it is enormous!  Obnoxiously enormous.  What am I doing wrong?

When you edit it in photobucket are you saving over the original or saving as a copy? I had the same problem unless I saved as a copy.

I used photobucket for years, but now use tinypic.com. You don't even have to sign up...just upload, pick what size, and copy/paste the link. Done and done )
